• Please consider others, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancellations.
• For bookings 90 mins and over we require a 20% deposit. This deposit is non refundable if cancelling within 24 hours of your treatment, or failing to show up for your appointment.
• Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment, and 10 minutes prior if it is your first visit.
• If you are late, please understand that your appointment maybe cut shorter to make up for lost time, therefore you may miss out on part of your treatment. We are often booked back to back.
